Wes has been married to his wife, Lynne, since 1991. They have two daughters, Carley and Natalie. Wes served on staff at Crossroads as Couseling Pastor for ten years before entering a private practice in the fall of 2004. He then served on the Elder Board beginning in June 2006 before returning to a staff position as Napoleon Campus Pastor in March 2008. Wes gives leadership to our Henry County campus that began public services in the fall of 2009.
Wes enjoys bow hunting, fishing, camping, and anything he can do with Lynne and the girls. He feels that his spiritual gifts include shepherding and discernment and is passionate about our God-given mission to "help people discover and grow to maturity and mission in Jesus Christ." He has seen God use the people and ministry of Crossroads to change lives eternally and is looking forward to seeing how God wants to use the people of Crossroads as we purposefully move toward the future in Henry County.
