Crossroads exists to help people discover and grow to maturity and mission in Jesus Christ. The primary way we do this is by multiplying ourselves individually through discipleship and corporately through church planting. Crossroads Napoleon is itself a plant of Crossroads Wauseon. We desire to continue investing into other church plants and over the last 6 years we've participated in planting five new churches (Defiance's King's Cross, Deshler's Wave Community, Reading's The Remedy, Adrian's Neighborhood Church (which in 2021 has been folded in to 1Mosaic Church), and most recently, Wooster's Southside Community Church).
In effort to multiply our effectiveness, Crossroads Napoleon has joined the Tri-state Church Planting Cooperative. The Co-op is a group of like minded churches devoted to establishing reproducing churches within the tri-start area of Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. Crossroads is committed to give 2% of our overall operating budget to the Co-op as well as personnel and other resources to assist in the planting of more Churches within our tri-state area.
