Helping people is rewarding, but you can't help people without margin. Richard Swenson, a Christian physician, defines margin as "the space between our load and our limit" (Crazy Busy, Kevin DeYoung pg. 27). We need to learn to create and live with margin like Jesus did. When we do, we'll be less stressed out and experience the joy of being able to bless those around us!
