No where in the Bible does God condemn wealth. It is one of His many blessings. As with any good gift, however, and perhaps more so with wealth, it comes with certain pitfalls and dangers. Jesus tells us this parable in hopes to warn and keep us from those dangers! This teaching reveals that genuine faith and repentance will produce a generous life. A life lacking in generosity may well be a life in danger of hell.
