In Chapter 1 we find the Prophet Habakkuk whining to God about his very difficult situation. The merciless Babylonians are going to invade. Many of his people will be killed, the land left in ruin, and the temple destroyed. Yet, by the time we get to Chapter 3 Habakkuk is worshiping God with a steadfast faith. What happened?
