The Vision

We believe church planting is the most effective method of expanding the body of Christ. Planting churches requires competent church-planting pastors. We are committed to identifying and developing planting pastors through our Leadership Development Residency.

OUR VISION: Graduates of the leadership development residency will give leadership to church plants that are part of the Crossroads or FEC Network.

OUR GOAL: To develop pastoral leadership skills in pastors through an 18-36 month leadership development residency and discern with the resident how to best leverage those skills in church plant contexts so that at least one new church plant is launched every 3 years.
